Keith Urban accepted not one, not two, but three AMAs: Favorite Male Artist – Country, Favorite Song – Country and Favorite Country Album.
The Chainsmokers delivered a grateful acceptance speech after receiving the AMA for Favorite Artist – EDM.
Shawn Mendes happily accepted the award for Favorite Artist – Adult Contemporary.
While she wasn’t at the AMAs in person, Lady Gaga was still overjoyed to win for Favorite Female Artist – Pop/Rock.
Niall Horan kept it classy and thanked the fans after winning the award for New Artist of the Year presented by T-Mobile.
Even though he couldn’t be at the AMAs, Luis Fonsi still delivered a heartfelt acceptance message for winning Collaboration of the Year presented by Xfinity. Luis, Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber had won for their smash hit “Despacito.”
Linkin Park paid tribute to their dearly departed band member Chester Barrington when accepting the award for Favorite Artist – Alternative Rock.
He was miles away from the AMAs party, but that didn’t stop Bruno Mars from having a good time after he won Artist of the Year.
Last but certainly not least, Diana Ross invited her family onstage as she took home the American Music Award for Lifetime Achievement.
