Everyone, just stop! We need to talk about that Diana Ross performance that closed out the 2017 American Music Awards.
Not only did the pop culture superstar accept the prestigious American Music Award for Lifetime Achievement, she also belted out a few of her most iconic tracks, including “I’m Coming Out,” “Take Me Higher,” “Ease On Down The Road,” “Best Years of My Life” and “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.”
But wait! If that wasn’t a joyous enough occasion, Diana invited her grandchildren onstage at the end of her performance. Then, her daughter Tracee Ellis Ross, along with other family members and friends, joined Diana onstage as she was presented with the American Music Award for Lifetime Achievement. It was a beautiful moment!

I could watch a 60 minute special of just Diana Ross clapping pic.twitter.com/f95E4EqlxS

Imagine being even half as iconic as Diana Ross wearing a purple tulle shawl while belting "I'm Coming Out" in the Year 2017. pic.twitter.com/DfSIugUeoR
